I am currently looking to recruit an extremely commercially aware Finance Director for a client in Cornwall and I am seeking the right character that has a fully proven track record working at board level with the natural skill to participate and lead in a team environment.
The role will have a strategic bias, but also consist of day to day leadership and guidance of the Accounts team, the development of IT systems and general procedures, and importantly the continuing development of team members.

*Working with a variety of stakeholders throughout business.
